  My practice has evolved and grown in many ways since I began working in this industry in 2006, but some things never change:  my commitment to meet my clients where they are on their wellness journey and to support their self-care priorities by providing therapeutic touch to the best of my ability, knowledge, and training. 
  No matter the age or history of injury, illness, or trauma, everyone deserves and can benefit from touch therapy that is tailored to meet their unique needs and current conditions.  Our bodies are resilient and our nervous systems are constantly working to help us restore balance in the midst of daily physical, mental, and emotional challenges.  Massage and bodywork are not luxuries to be longed for, they are necessities providing vital support for our ability to function and thrive.   It is sadly not a cure for everything that ails us, but I do believe the world would be a much more calm place filled with more balanced people, if we all utilized therapeutic touch.  Indeed, some say it is the world's oldest form of medicine!
  The negative impacts of the pandemic on people's overall health further highlight the need for helpful stress management strategies and the importance of addressing how stress, strains, injuries, and traumas feel in our bodies so these negatives can be processed in a more positive state.  
  To that end, I currently focus on Gillespie Approach / CranioSacral Fascial Therapy (CFT) for infants, children, and adults to help address soft tissue strain patterns and promote a freely moving fascial web.  I also offer Integrated Massage where I use a variety of techniques to help support your wellness goals, ranging from focused bodywork to overall relaxation.
