Appointments times available: generally 10am, 12pm, 2pm, 4pm Mon/Weds/Fri and certain Sundays. Times may vary depending on length of session and if other appointments have already been scheduled for that day. Reach out and let me know what day/time you are aiming for and I'll let you know what slots are available. Thank you!
When to schedule: I realize time, budget, and children getting CFT may require unique appointment lengths. Please schedule the length of session you desire for your child and know this can be shortened if necessary, or lengthened if my schedule allows, at your request as the appointment progresses. It is possible sessions may go longer should the client be in the process of a release. I do not just abruptly end treatment, but will aim to stay within the confines of appointment duration.
Note that CFT may bring on a resurgence of symptoms as the nervous system reorganizes. Do plan to give yourself or your child some grace after the session and into the next day, as it is possible for one to feel a bit out of sorts, and perhaps have changes in eating/sleep schedule, fussiness, mood, etc. However, many clients feel like they’ve taken a soothing nap.
Please do not book therapy if you are feeling sick, have a fever, have any type of infection, are enduring a flare due to an autoimmune condition, are dealing with a recent injury/acute inflammation, or are within 3 days of receiving injections.
If someone in your household is ill, please reschedule your appointment. If you or your child are not well, please reschedule. If it is the day of the appointment, please reschedule by contacting me directly ASAP!
Bodywork can make illness worse. You need to recover and I must do what I can to prevent myself or other clients from becoming ill. Thank you!
Consult with your medical doctor if you are recovering from a recent procedure or surgery, before booking an appointment for massage or bodywork. Due to increased blood clot risk, written approval from your healthcare provider is necessary to clear you for massage or bodywork if you have had surgery within the past 3 months.
If you are currently a mom with a high risk pregnancy, prior to booking an appointment, please consult your OB/GYN to obtain written documentation that your doctor is aware and approves of you getting massage or bodywork during your pregnancy.
Ready to make an appointment? Most clients contact me directly at 216-200-6448 or email me at info@debbieuhllmt.com for a brief consultation and to set up appointments. If I am working or unavailable, I will get back to you asap, generally between 9am-9pm EST.
I appreciate your patience with communication on T/Th/Sat, as I am at a separate job and may not be able to respond until evening.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
I look forward to serving you!
